Clinical case management services are available in person, via Zoom or by Phone to currently enrolled students who are physically in the state of California. These services focus on collaborative planning and navigation to connect students to appropriate clinical and community resources to support their mental health and well-being.
Our clinical case manager provides assessment, collaborative planning, resource coordination, and follow-up support. While not a substitute for mental health counseling, case management can help connect you with the right services for your needs.
Connections may include:
- Crisis management resources
- Long-term mental health providers, psychiatry, and psychological evaluations
- Support groups and treatment programs
- Specialized services for disproportionately impacted student groups (e.g., BIPOC, LGBTQIA+)
- Medical insurance navigation
- Substance use treatment and recovery resources
- Navigating disability-related forms/benefits
Sessions are 50 minutes for up to 6 sessions per semester and may be extended under extenuating circumstances.
Please note: Clinical case management primarily focuses on connecting students to services and resources and is not a substitute for mental health counseling.
