Per direction of the Chancellor鈥檚 office, California community colleges are required to submit a Student Equity Plan which is designed to review specific 鈥渟uccess indicators鈥� (access; course completion; ESL and basic skills completion; degrees and certificates awarded; and transfer rates). From this review of the data, the college develops detailed goals, plans of action and tailored resources to address the identified gaps for disproportionately impacted populations and submits a cycle plan to the Chancellor鈥檚 office.
